Key Responsibilities:
Market Analysis and Strategy Development
Conduct thorough market research to identify target buyers within the B2B market.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate and expand market presence.
Analyze sales data to monitor performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Sales Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives.
Set clear sales targets and provide guidance to the team to achieve them.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Sales Operations Management
Oversee the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
Ensure efficient and effective sales operations, including order processing and customer service.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, logistics) to ensure seamless operations.
Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the FMCG sector.
Develop proposals and presentations for potential clients.
Negotiate and close high-value deals to drive business growth.
